Our Expertise

Provide total individual care to coordinate medically prescribed treatment.

Services include giving an injection, intravenous therapy, blood pressure monitoring, health instruction, and overall coordination of the care program.

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Work under ta physician’s order to administer medication and treatment, while assisting the patient with daily living activities.

• Physical Therapist (PT)

Helps improve a patient’s mobility and independence by using treatments such as exercise and range of motion with a focus on safety.

Helps individuals with energy conversation and activities of daily living, such as eating, dressing, and bathing using training and assistive devices.

• Speech Therapists (ST)

Works with individuals who need speech, language, communication, and swallowing training after a stroke, surgery, or other condition.
