To deliver the best possible care to patients, consistent with quality service and the safety of the client. To provide compassionate, trustworthy and competent nurses who give a positive experience to patients and families.

Patients deserve to be treated equally, with respect and dignity, regardless of sex, age, colour or cultural experience. Clients should reach the highest level of functioning possible, so they can live as independent and productive individuals.

And we keep up to date with changes in home health care services, maintaining the highest standards of care in partnership with state and local agencies.

Qualified staff, coordinated care

Registered nurse

Coordinates medically prescribed treatment: injections, IV therapy, blood-pressure monitoring, health instruction and the overall care programme.

LVN

Licensed vocational nurse

Administers medication and treatment under a physician's orders, and assists with daily living activities.

PT

Physical therapist

Improves mobility and independence through exercise and range-of-motion work, with a constant focus on safety.

OT

Occupational therapist

Supports energy conservation and daily activities — eating, dressing, bathing — with training and assistive devices.

ST

Speech therapist

Works on speech, language, communication and swallowing after a stroke, surgery or other condition.
